Step-by-Step Guide

Place Your Order. Select your frames, choose your lenses, and at checkout select the option: Email Later. This gives you the flexibility to send us your prescription at your convenience.

Confirmation Email. After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order summary.

Send Your Prescription. Email your valid prescription to us at prescription@veloreyewear.com.au

Prescription Review. Once we receive your prescription:

We will verify it for accuracy and completeness

Orders with complete prescriptions are processed within 24 hours

Your glasses will be crafted and shipped

Need Help? If you need help getting your prescription or have any questions, email us and one of our qualified optometrists will assist you.

FAQs

How long do I have to send my prescription?

We hold your order for 1 month before cancelling or placing it on hold. This gives you the time to find your valid prescription or get a new eye test.

What if I make a mistake?

Contact us right away and we will help correct any issues before your lenses are made.
