How to Measure Your PD
Your Pupillary Distance (PD) is the distance in millimetres between the centres of your pupils. It helps us position your lenses correctly so you get clear, comfortable vision.
First, check your prescription. Your PD is sometimes printed on your prescription document. If it is listed, simply use that value. No measurement is required. Otherwise, please follow the steps below to measure it.

Measure Online
Use your phone to measure your PD instantly. Follow these steps:
Turn your volume up before starting to hear the audio instructions.
Hold your phone at eye level and look straight into your own eyes on the screen. Open your eyes wide.
Move the phone closer or further away until the face outline turns green, then hold it still for a few seconds.
Repeat the measurement 2 to 3 times to ensure accuracy.
Measure with a Ruler
All you need is a millimetre ruler and a mirror, or a friend to help.
Look straight ahead at a point in the distance.
Hold a millimetre ruler flat across the bridge of your nose.
Align the 0 mm mark with the centre of your left pupil.
Without moving the ruler, read the number that lines up with the centre of your right pupil. That number is your PD in mm.
Repeat 2 to 3 times to confirm the measurement is consistent.
Tip: Most adults have a PD between 54 and 74 mm. Repeat your measurement to ensure accuracy.
